I have learned that this site is a rogue program and I want to be released of my commitment of $59.95 for Internet Security Delux. I “downloaded” this program and have not received what was promised. I want you to remove me from your subscription list and any and all lists.
Again, I want to be released of my commitment of $59.95 on the grounds that this is a “rogue program”.

First off, which of the programs have you downloaded and installed? All these programs have a free version, but there is also paid versions of these. Unfortunately none of these programs are ours, we just found the free versions of the programs very usefull. If you have a complaint about the software you downloaded, please contact the corresponding supplier of the software. I you need help and can try and get the contact information for you, but that is all I can do.

Also we dont keep a subscription list. Again I think you need to contact the suppliers for the software you downloaded.

Paul and I had a discussion the day we got your comment, it never really entirely made sence to me as I had tested all the software myself, without any issue.
I had initially thought that you had been trying to run 2 similar types of Anti-Malware programs. Occasionally you would get a clash where one program picks up the same kind of program as ‘rogue’, due to the extensive file access nature of such software.
Upon further research, however, I realized that you may have actually installed a software package named Internet Security Deluxe. If this is the case then it is infact malware itself. A rogue anti-spyware program to be exact. This has nothing to do with us. Did you actually read our post at all? We do not promote this software anywhere. It is only the name that I used as a title.
I do apologise for any inconvenience that you experienced, but the best that i can do in terms of compensation is to direct you to the following site: It contains basic instructions on how to remove the rogue software, if you have not done so already.
Hope to hear from you soon!
