		<description><![CDATA[The Windows Vista Boot Screen is relatively pointless, but Microsoft decided to hide a more attractive boot screen that can easily be enabled with almost no trouble whatsoever.

Click on the Start menu; in the search box, type in &#8216;msconfig&#8217; and hit enter.

Click the Boot tab, and then check the &#8220;No GUI boot&#8221; checkbox.
